Shipping Policy

PLEASE NOTE: Request Priority Mail for an additional $2.00 for special handling. All UPS or Federal Express will be required for orders outside the United States and will be charged the rate for shippping and $4 minimum for packing and handling. You may have your products shipped outside the US by general mail services but we will be unable to replace lost or undelivered items. Thank you for your understanding.

The order form is not designed to be submitted online as this is not a completely secure server system. The drop down menus can be used by clicking on the arrows to change the parameters. Once you fill in the credit card number you can left click the arrow to choose between Visa and Mastercard. The other arrows will increase in value by left clicking the very small (sorry) down arrow to change from January to February and so forth. The same condition will apply for the year catagory. Although it is the same for the country I have only listed the countries we frequently do business with and if where you want the product shipped is not listed please feel free to write in the location. Shipping charges will apply. Regarding the number of products the down arrow when left clicked will allow you to choose a number up to 20 and then feel free to write in any larger number of the product you would like to order. You may also choose the shipping method but the default is ground by the United States Postal Service unless outside the United States. The order form is different from the previous one and will not automatically calculate the shipping charges so you can do it manually or leave it to us. We will provide a receipt with your product order if you request one with the shippment.
